Physical Rehabilitation Center
The Physical Rehabilitation Center provides Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy in an accredited facility.
Services provided include:
- Cardiac conditioning and Cardiac Rehab Levels III, IV and V
- Treatment of balance and dizziness problems
- Back rehabilitation with or without associated leg pain
- Post-surgical care for total hip and knee replacements and shoulder, spine and foot/ankle surgery
- Wound care
- Treatment of developmental delay
- Specific work conditioning programs to help employees get back to work
- Hand, wrist and elbow rehabilitation
- Treatment of cognitive issues related to memory loss or speech/language pathology
- Stroke and neurological rehabilitation
- Post-therapy Wellness Program

Monthly Community Programs: Scott & White Healthcare will offer its monthly low-vision support group on Thursday, November 17, at 2 pm at the Scott and White Wellness Center. The program will include information and demonstrations on "Sighted Guide" techniques, which are the best ways to assist someone with low vision to walk or move through unfamiliar areas. Participants will have the opportunity to practice these techniques with leaders. There will also be a demonstration of the use of digital readers such as the Kindle.
