To register for one of the classes at the Wellness Center, please fill out the following form and click the Submit button. You will be contacted by a Scott & White Hospital - Brenham employee to verify your registration and provide you with the details of your class. If you have any questions or would like to register by telephone, please call the Wellness Center at 979-830-5017.
